E-Stake (Ticket Entry System) is a free, convenient, way to submit locate requests using the internet, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All of the information that you would normally provide to an operator when you call into the center, is what you yourself would enter on line. To use the E-Stake (Ticket Entry System), you must first complete an application, and the training course designed to walk you through the E-Stake (Ticket Entry System) web ticket entry process and the E-Stake History, Notice Manager, Service Area Management.

E-Stake offers the following:
- 'Anytime' ticket entry (24/7, 365 days a year, with the exception of maintainence downtime);
- Access to your tickets anytime, from anywhere;
- Save time and money;
- Email a copy of the ticket to yourself. It's simple and saves you the cost and time involved with faxing a paper ticket. Email tickets are also a way to keep an electronic record of the tickets; eliminating the need for a paper copy and filing space;
- Use/View the same street maps that the operators at the center are using/viewing.
