IRTHNet is designed for our member utilities that want to automate ticket management, but do not have the technical resources, capital budgets, or time to implement a client/server software solution. IRTHNet is the perfect choice because it provides anytime/anywhere access to ticket information via the Internet, has the user-friendliness of a web browser and is free for every Arizona Blue Stake member. Because all software and data reside on Arizona Blue Stake's database servers, IRTHNet is: Quickly Deployed - IRTHNet can be up and running in days because it is simple to setup and use. No code needs to be written, or hardware configured. IRTHNet’s browser-based, easy-to-use interface, allows nontechnical individuals to define functions and workspaces. Accessible - Because IRTHNet is Internet based, authorized users need only log in to securely access their information. Each member of an organization's damage prevention team can utilize the full functionality of the product at any time, whether they are in the office, or in the field. Reliable - We are responsible for system administration, data back-ups, maintenance and upgrades. It is our job to constantly ensure the entire system meets or exceeds the most stringent security, reliability, scalability, and performance standards. Functional - IRTHNet’s features enable you to efficiently receive, process and close dig request tickets.
